it does work
Recently use the info on a website to build your own expansion chamber torque pipe.
it ended up working nice. Currently building a proper pipe for final installation. The one in the pic was for testing.

May be a stupid question, but couldnt you take out the baffles on the stock pipe and extend it and possibly make it a lil easier?

taking the baffle out is the easiest way to add a little more umph to your ride, but to get even more building your own or finding a cheap pocket bike xchamber will increase performance.
the cheapest way i have built xchamber pipes was using different diameter tubing from any source and cutting slits to make a cone.
