I recently caught wind of a lawsuit between Manic Mechanic and Pirate Cycles.
Apparantly, Pirate Cycles, a retailer for MM, has been not only selling MM's products - but also making them and passing them off as their own.

This lawsuit won't get anywhere. All Pirate has to do is slightly change the shape of a screw hole, and MM has case.
I think MM should STFU and get back to work making parts they're always out of.

He does not even have to do that.If there is no patent pending on
it he is free to do what ever.I have been threw this my self on
designs. I really see nothing MM has done that could be patented
anyway.
