Vibration absorbed by heavy tires and tubes

2018 HAPPY NEW YEAR ! What should I employ to absorb vibration on this old steel beach bike I've found nothing yet that holds up to the task..Thus it "50 cc w/ GT-5 Billet Head" is mounted directly to the steel frame currently.

I use dual cnc adjustable motor mounts - having the correct guaranteed angle does a lot to reduce bad vibes.
